Busy, Busy, Busy!!!!

Well, I thought the summer would slow down for us. Was I wrong or what! Now it's almost August. I started some staff development this week. This whole summer, I've only had 2 days in my classroom to start setting things up. And both of those days I left thinking I hardly got anything done! So this week, I've been getting there early and going to my classroom every chance I get. It's slowly looking like a classroom (as opposed to a storage room). I'm still working at the bank. 3 weeks from today will be my last day. Then I'll use up all my vacation and possibly some sick time before I go on maternity leave. So hopefully in the next few weeks, I'll be able to get alot more done in my classroom as i take on less and less hours at work. I have mixed emotions. I'm so excited and nervous and anxious to start teaching and meet my classroom kids. Then when I go home and see my babies nursery, I get excited and nervous and anxious about meeting my baby. I know being a mom is one of the hardest jobs but I'm am so looking forward to being able to spend 6 weeks at home and not have to worry about my bank job or school. It will just be me and the little guy. I can't wait for that day to come! So I'm going to the Dr. every two weeks now. On the 27th, I start going every week. Everything is looking good. The past two times, she said he was in the perfect position to come out. So maybe he'll surprise us all and come a little early. She did say she would induce at 39 weeks which would be Sept 8Th. But I really want him to come on his own. I guess he'll come when he's ready. I can't wait! Nothing else is really going on in our lives. Jared's working very long hours at his job. Hopefully he'll slow down pretty soon. I know he's looking forward to the baby being here too so he can have a week off of work and just be with us. (He might be begging to go back to work if Colt keeps him up all night every night)! I'm having a shower this weekend so I'll post pics after that.
